Please review our governing documents, provide a set to your buyer and be sure to incluse the following items in your MLS listing descriptions:

  1. No more than one (1) pet may be kept in a unit and the pet may not exceed twenty (20) pounds at maturity.
  2. Motorcycles are not permitted within the development at any time.
  3. No trucks, commercial vans, campers, motor-homes, busses or commercial vehicles are permitted within the development at any time.
  4. Two (2) parking spaces are assigned to each unit. Your seller will provide you the space numbers. It is up to the new owner to register their vehicles with the Heritage Village HOA and request a parking decal. 
  5. Please consult with the Heritage Village HOA and include a copy of the contract for sale and purchase with any addendums attached. In the event that closings shall not occur when stated on page one (1) of the contract please provide the HOA with a copy of the addendum changing the closing date. Estoppels will be provided based upon actual closing dates only.
  6. All prospective purchasers must include their telephone number(s) and whether they are investors or will occupy the unit as a primary residence or second home.
  7. When setting up the MLS listing please make sure to include the monthly HOA fees of $285.00 dollars per month for 2016.
  8. If you are handling a lease or rental agreement with an existing homeowner please be sure to notify the Heritage Village HOA. The lease must include information about this community and that the lessee must comply with association governing documents.
