• Pool house electrical outlets – Completed outlets and electrical panel was brought up to code.
• Pool Bathrooms – New bathroom timer switches completed and overhead lights repaired.
• Irrigation Repairs – Irrigation repairs are a monthly item. Please do not drive on the grass. Unfortunately, we continue to see residents inside the community that drive on the grass. This is costing us additional money for sprinkler and irrigation repairs due to breakage.
• Retainer Wall on 69th – We have 3 proposals and this project has been set aside while we work on the 2024 budget. Still pending.
• Balcony Repairs – Chalaire & Associates has completed the inspection and a bid package is being made.
• Pressure Washing – We are nearing completion of the pressure washing.
• Parking – The parking registration will continue on Saturday. Please assist our community by registering your car(s).
• Security Update  – The security camera installation completed.
• Parking stops and re-striping of the parking spots – The BOD is working with several options and is requesting new proposals to repair the parking stops and re-striping the parking spots. This is an ongoing project.
• Townhouse landscape project – The BOD is working on the main Heritage Drive first and has put together a project plan to complete the entire community. We are completing a few townhouses monthly.
• Zimmerman Tree Services, is working to remove 2 dead palm trees, one on the front monument and the other on 76th Way. There is additional work to be completed including removal of 3 hardwoods and other critical tree issues. This will be an ongoing project.
• Pioneer Screen at Pool – Pioneer Screen is getting setup to finally install the new screen and flat roof. There was a extensive delay in the permit.

This overall list is only a partial list of items the BOD is working on and there are additional repair items and projects that we are looking into that will be blended into future updates. Older items that are completed will be removed.  Additional Important Information: Please return your “Vote Electronically” form as this will assist in voting on community issues.
